
Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 package frozen or fresh potato gnocchi
1 package pre-cooked sausage (chicken, turkey, beef, etc.)
1 package (8 oz.) pre-sliced white button mushrooms
Cooking Spray
1 lb. asparagus
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garlic Powder
Directions:
Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees F
Line your baking tray with foil and cooking spray
Wash and break your asparagus into pieces
Place both the asparagus ad mushrooms onto sheet pan
Next, break up and place the gnocchi
Chop your pre-cooked sausage into slices about (1/2 inch thick)
Evenly distribute everything on the sheet pan
Generously drizzle with olive oil and stir with a spoon to ensure all foods is covered with olive oil
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Put in the oven for 20 minutes to bake, tossing half way through cooking time
Serve and enjoy!
