Hello NWE! My name is Emily Kirk and I am a co-coach here at Nourished with Emily!! I have been a nutritionist for 6 years and love every second of it.
One of my favorite things about coaching is the in-between moments; the texts I get from clients, between our calls, when they are in the middle of hitting their goals. It never fails to make my day! Those are the moments that clients realize they can do it and I am so honored to be apart of it!!
I also have another job where I work full-time as a WIC Nutritionist. At WIC I help families learn about nutrition during pregnancy, postpartum, and infancy through age 5! When I’m not talking with clients or at WIC, I am usually with my boyfriend (Tyler) and my puppy (Murphie). We like to be outside; playing fetch, going on walks, or snuggled up together on the couch, watching movies! I also love to cook! One of the best compliments someone can give me is that they enjoy the food I made! My favorite food to cook is shrimp tacos!
I have recently gotten into reading again (shoutout Colleen Hoover 😂) - If you haven’t read any of her books, start! She really is great! I suggest starting with “Verity.” The ending will leave you speechless!! Joining Nourished with Emily has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.
