Honey Balsamic Brussel Sprouts

YIELD: 4 SERVINGS

COOK TIME : 30 MINUTES


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved

  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • Kosher salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • ½ c balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced


Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with oil.

  2. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Make sauce: To a small saucepan, add vinegar, honey, mustard, and garlic and whisk to combine.

  4. Bring to a simmer and cook until thick and syrupy, 5 to 8 minutes.

  5. Add half the Brussels sprouts to basket of air fryer and cook at 400° until golden, about 10 minutes.

  6. Pour over half the sauce and stir to coat.

  7. Cook 5 minutes more, or until Brussels sprouts are glazed and sticky.

  8. Repeat with remaining Brussels sprouts and sauce.
